To make your stay at The Hutch Bed and Breakfast as enjoyable as possible, please review our policies.
Check-in
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please call if arriving later than 8:00 PM. Check-out is anytime prior to 11:00 AM.
Rates shown are for one or two guests. Additional guests in a room will be charged $20.00 per night. Three percent (3%) Kenai Peninsula Borough sales tax will be added to your total invoice.
Room rates include our hearty continental breakfast served in the main room from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM and an Evening Campfire hosted adjacent to the lodge starting at 8:00 PM. The Barbecue Grill is available for use from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Laundry facilities are open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
The Hutch is a family friendly place. We welcome kids of all ages. But no pets, please!
Payment
Full payment is required at time of check-in. We accept cash payments or traveler's checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Cards. All reservations require a Credit Card to be listed on file for holding the date.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Please notify us immediately if there is a need to change or cancel your reservation. If you can give us at least fourteen days notice prior to your arrival date, there will be no charge. No-shows and same day cancellations will be charged for the entire stay. When canceling a group reservation of three or more rooms, 30 days notice may be required for a full refund.
Restrictions
No smoking inside the building and no pets on property, please.
